FAQ

Due to a recent increase in questions about how to post and such things, I decided we need a FAQ, because I know it can be frustrating to have to wait for someone to give you the answers you need, especially to very simple questions. (Also, not having to answer the same questions over and over makes the mods' lives easier, so hey presto!)
